Monthly 30-minute calls with a student matched to your role and background.
Portfolio reviews
Async reviews of a student's flagship project, README and resume. Fit them in whenever you have time.
Mock interviews
Run a real practice interview and give the feedback you wish you'd gotten.
Hiring manager talks
Join a small-group session to share what you look for when you hire.
Referrals
Refer students you've worked with and believe in. Always your call.
You choose your commitment, from 1 hour a month. Mentors are screened, and all mentoring with students under 18 follows our youth safeguarding policy.
